MAT hires new lobby Firm

Updated: Sep 15, 2020

As of July 1st MAT has hired a new lobby firm in Lansing.

On July 1st, the Michigan Association of Timbermen (MAT) welcomed Kindsvatter, Dalling and Associates (KDA) out of Lansing as its new lobby firm. Jason Wadaga, Vice President of Government Relations at KDA, will serve as the lead lobbyist for MAT with Matt Solak and Derek Dalling serving as the back-up lobbyists.

Wadaga noted, “I and everyone at KDA is really excited about the opportunity to lobby on behalf of MAT. Matt, Derek and I all served as legislative staff prior to KDA so we’re well aware of the positive reputation of MAT around Lansing and we want to help build on that. MAT is also a wonderful fit to our client base at KDA. Hardworking, honest, small business people.”
